2. Shipping Policy / Versandbedingungen

Shipping Regions / Versandgebiete
 We currently ship to all countries within the European Union (EU), as well as to the United Kingdom and Switzerland.

Shipping Provider / Versanddienstleister
 All parcels are shipped via Deutsche Post or DHL.

Delivery Times / Lieferzeiten

  • Within Germany: approx. 3–5 working days
  • Within EU, UK, and Switzerland: approx. 5–10 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on the local postal service and customs (for UK and Switzerland).

Shipping Costs / Versandkosten

  • For a single book order, the flat rate shipping cost is:
    • €1.80 within Germany
    • €3.30 for EU, UK, and Switzerland
  • If your order contains more than one product, shipping costs will be recalculated at checkout depending on total weight and destination.


3. Return Policy / Rückgaberecht (Widerrufsrecht)

You have the right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with §355 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you (or a third party other than the carrier) received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please email us at contact@indiekidz.eu and include your order number. We will then provide return instructions.

4. Conditions for Returns / Rückgabebedingungen

  • Returned books must be completely unused, undamaged, and in new, resaleable condition.
  • Returns are accepted only within 14 days of receipt of goods.
  • The cost of return shipping must be covered by the customer.
  • Once the returned items are received and checked, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, or in some cases, store credit if preferred.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

5. Refund Timeline / Rückerstattungsfrist

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund or store credit has been issued.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries / Beschädigte oder falsche Sendungen

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@indiekidz.eu. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
